Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Charlotte Elizabeth Goff, trading as Charlotte Elizabeth Coaching (“the Coach”, “I”, “me”, “my”), and the client (“you”, “your”) in relation to the purchase and participation in any coaching service, online course, group programme, or workshop (collectively referred to as “Services”). By purchasing or participating in any of my Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Coach provides 1:1 coaching, group coaching programmes, online courses, and workshops focused on personal development, mindset, and self-mastery. All Services are delivered online via Kajabi, Zoom, or other digital platforms.

Lifetime access is granted to course materials unless otherwise stated. Access may be subject to reasonable platform changes or availability.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1. Payment in full or via an agreed payment plan is required before access to any Service is granted.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, under any circumstances.
3.3. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the programme or course without refund.
3.4. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. You are responsible for your own participation, implementation, and results from the Services. No outcomes are guaranteed.
4.2. You agree to participate respectfully and maintain a safe, non-judgmental environment in all group settings.
4.3. You must not disclose or share confidential information about other participants obtained through group programmes or workshops.
4.4. You agree not to record, distribute, or replicate any session or course content without prior written permission from the Coach.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials, content, videos, templates, and resources provided as part of the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Charlotte Elizabeth Coaching.
5.2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials for your own learning and development only.
5.3. You may not reproduce, share, modify, or distribute any materials without express written consent.
5.4. Any use of my content, likeness, or brand materials for promotional purposes must credit “Charlotte Elizabeth Coaching” appropriately.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. All personal information shared in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
6.2. You agree to uphold the confidentiality of all participants and refrain from discussing or sharing their personal experiences or information outside of the programme.
6.3. Group sessions are private spaces. You must not record or share any part of the content without written consent.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. Coaching, courses, and workshops offered by Charlotte Elizabeth Coaching are for educational and personal development purposes only.
7.2. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
7.3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after participation.
7.4. The Coach does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or application of information provided during the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charlotte Elizabeth Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, profits, or data arising out of participation in the Services.

9. Termination

9.1. The Coach reserves the right to terminate your access to any Service if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behaviour, or fail to make payments.
9.2. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to a refund for any payments made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
